BSG guitars are built by Jan Stovicek in the Czech Republic. Jan and his small team make the guitars entirely by hand, and quality is paramount at every step of the production process. Add to that the stunning sound qualities of these instruments, and you will wonder how this quality is possible at this price level. As part of a 10-series, this OM features a mahogany body, complemented by a Sitka spruce top for a clear sound with more than enough volume. And to top it all off, the guitar also features an LR Baggs Anthem pickup system!
The Grand Auditorium combines a long scale length with a medium-sized body, resulting in a versatile guitar capable of handling all playing styles and genres. The guitar has a beautiful, balanced, and full sound that lends itself perfectly to both fingerstyle and playing chords, and the high frets are also easily accessible thanks to the cutaway. The matte finish and mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard ensure that it not only looks good but also feels and plays well!
This 2020 BSG has a ding on the top, along with a few small spots in the finish on the edges of the back of the headstock. However, the guitar is exceptionally clean and comes with a TFOA passport in a gig bag.
